    1. The author of "The Science of getting Rich" comes "The Science of being well. This book teaches us how to achieve well-being, mentally, emotionally and physically through the power of possative thinking. A good read and a great practice.Enjoy and Be Blessed.Diamond

    2. Excellent read. This book will really make you think about the role of food in your life. Over time, it can be easy to just eat out of habit regardless if you are truly hungry. Wattles calls on us to distinguish between our hunger and our appetite. Earn your hunger and you will see results.

    3. This book is the only book you ever have to read and continue to implement into your life to be well forever. The knowledge is so simple in this book but so profound. Life changing if your heart and soul has been seeking the truth. No gimmicks in this book.

    4. My score of one star is only valid if the star system is exponential such that one star is 1/10,000th the quality of a five star book. Even then, I think this book doesn't deserve one star, but does not offer negative start ratings. Firstly, to call this book the "science" of anything is an insult to scientists, publishers and readers alike.     5. The ideas here can be radical. While I find it slightly distasteful when Wattles claim that this is the only scientific way, some of his theories is worth trying for yourself to see how they work.- Eat only when hungry. Drink only when you are thirsty. Eat wholesome foods related to your geography. Eat while having full attention and enjoy each bite. Liquify your food and earn your hunger.     6. This book has very practical applications. I'm really happy that I chose to get this book, I've been procrastinating and yesterday I finally decided to read this book, it's a follow ok to another book which I shall read during the course of this week.

    7. A somewhat worthy book and takeaway is minimal.Most of it is not applicable today unlike the other two books by the same author.

    8. The information is basically to follow common sense, but some of it has been disproved by the science he claims to use.

    11. Some very dated thinking. Do not eat a breakfast until you have 'earned it' by working. Never eat unless you are hungry and that is due to the work you have done. Only eat until you begin to feel unhungry. Only eat the things you want to eat passing over things that may be good for you but you do not like. Only eat the thing that are from your local. Obviously this was before shipping and freezing were really available.

Just like in 'The Science of Getting Rich', this book too does not exactly goes into the 'science' behind health and wellness, but rather on the mental aspect of a human to control his health. It was a good read. It reinforces the idea that disease is just an abnormality which can easily be prevented and cured through the human mind.I can recommend this book to anybody who believes in the power of the mind.

    14. Interesting read. The book will challenge a lot of beliefs in other ways of healthy living. It is broken down and simple to understand in the categories of the Mind, Food, Body, Breathing, Sleeping and Exercise and the steps are quite practical. It might be better to read The Science of Getting Rich before this one as it refers to some points from it at times. Very short too.

    15. I have a had time believing that all the principles in this book remain true. I don't agree with many of his statements about food and the body, I think this is one instance where science and goals such as "bulking" or training for a marathon or even a spartan race completely contradict with Wattles. His other two books are much better reads.
